Sizing Policy
At Leather Bear, we want every customer to receive a perfect fit. Because international sizing standards vary between regions, we resize and relabel garments to align with New Zealand sizing before dispatch.
How It Works
- Many of our products are sourced from international suppliers, where sizing can differ from New Zealand standards.
- To ensure a consistent and accurate fit, our team checks and converts each item to its equivalent NZ size.
- In some cases, the original manufacturer’s size label may still be visible on the garment. This label may show a larger or different size than the one you ordered — but rest assured, the garment has been measured and adjusted to match New Zealand sizing.
Example
If you order a NZ Size 12, you may receive an item with an overseas label marked Size L (14). The garment has been verified to fit like a true NZ Size 12.
What This Means for You
- You will always receive garments that match your selected New Zealand size in fit, even if the tag differs.
- Please use our Size Guide for reference before placing your order.
- If the fit is not as expected, our Returns & Exchange Policy applies as normal.
